More info: Sharkys Beachfront Restaurant started out as just a small bar until 30 years ago when a true local “Beach Boy”, Clark “The Shark” Bennett decided to follow his dream and give up the office job. Over the years Sharkys grew to its present day of 15,000 sq feet of deck and dining space.

The tiki Hut is the largest in the United States in the open air and has survived, no less than three Category 4 hurricanes and dozens of tropical storms. Sharky’s has been host to many memorable “open air” concerts featuring the likes of Rick Springfield, The Fix, Meatloaf, Lynard Skynard, The Outlaws, and more.

Sadly Clark passed away in 2007, but his passion lives on through his family and dedicated staff of over 100.
