More info: Port de Plaisance de Fecamp, also known as Port de Fecamp or Port of Fecamp is located in the village of Fecamp, in the Seine-Maritime Department, in the region of Haute-Normandie. It is situated between Le Havre and Saint-Valery-en-Caux.
Port of Fecamp is known for its fishing, commercial and pleasure port which is accessible all the time. These days, only a small fishing fleet survives, restricted to fishing around coastal waters. In the harbour, pleasure-boats have taken the place of all but a few fishing-boats. Throughout the 19th century and the early part of the 20th century, Fécamp had an important role as the chief fishing port in France for cod and cod-related fish.
