Port San luis is a harbour located just west of Avila Beach and the original breakwater is one of the oldest structures in the Los Angeles District dating back to before the 1900’s.
The webcam shows panoramic views of the harbour, pier, San Luis Obispoo Bay and the Port San Luis RV campground.

More info: Port San Luis in California is primarily a base for commercial fishing boats, sport-fishing boats, and recreational craft. The harbor is managed by the Port San Luis Harbor District which is responsible for maintaining the surrounding tidelands and beaches.
The Harford Pier was constructed in 1873 by John Harford, to enable the shipment of goods and movement of passengers to nearby San Luis Obispo. The pier was connected to a railroad and later also included a hotel. In the late 1800s, construction began on a breakwater that extended southeast from the point to provide further protection for the pier and the Point San Luis Lighthouse was built in 1890.
