Put-in-Bay is only accessible by boat or plane. The two ferry services are the Miller Ferry and the Jet Express. Both ferries leave from Port Clinton, Ohio, and arrive at the island in roughly 20 minutes.

Put-in-Bay harbor has an abundance of bars, nightclubs, and saloons and there are multiple private docks where boaters can lay-in for an extended stay.
