More info: The Lisbon Falls are waterfalls in the Lisbon Creek, a right bank tributary of the Blyde River. They are situated a short distance north of Graskop in Mpumalanga district. The water plunges down in a double stream, 90 meters high, over a semicircular rock face.

Much like the nearby Berlin and Mac Mac Falls, the Lisbon Falls are named for the foreign miners that settled in the region during the gold rush - in this particular case, a handful of Portuguese pioneers.
