More info: Three Anchor Bay is a small, sheltered cove between Mouille Point and Sea Point. It has a small beach used mostly by locals to launch their motor boats and sea kayaks. The beaches along this stretch are mainly covered with mussel shells thrown up by the ocean, unlike the sandy beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.
Three Anchor Bay is an upmarket suburub and has some of the trendiest restaurants and pubs in the city. It is just 10 minutes from the City Centre of Cape Town.
