More info: The camera is located on the roof of the Steinmeyer Building and faces south east towards the 28-story Milwaukee Center building. In the view as well is the City Hall – the building with the clock tower and in the distance on the left, the 40-story US Bank building.

Part of the striking Milwaukee Art Museum was designed by the Spanish architect Calatrava (who also designed the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia) and it has two large wing shapes which open in the morning to welcome visitors and close at night.

Christopher Latham Sholes invented the QWERTY typewriter in Milwaukee and when he moved to the city to write for a newspaper, he created a "typewriting machine," now known as the typewriter.
