More info: The Amsterdam Tram, along with the bicycle, is one of the main means of public transport in the capital. Presently there are 14 tram lines in Amsterdam with over 200 trams. The trams run by the transport company Gemeentetram Amsterdam. Trams run daily from around 6am (weekdays) and 7am (weekends) to just after midnight.
